Fact of the matter is that, Mosley took the tests, came up clean and people still trying to throw him under the bus while Manny has refused it. Why should Mosley continue to get ridiculed and Pac get excuses? If anything, Mosley proved he was clean and that is what it is all about. Don't try to make the excuse that he would sell his soul to the devil because Shane is a fighter and he gets paid to do it.

10 mil per pound was because mayweather had no problem with paying a fine while never trying to make weight, so to hold him to it, they went after what he covets the most, his money....

but like the rothschilds, people who have the leverage are not going to let someone who doesn't have leverage push them around. we see it all the time, thats why they get away with what they get away with, and if they can't they either take people out or have the laws changed, apples and oranges again, but like i said, which holds true in all walks of life, those without leverage will never be able to use or force someone to do something they want who has more leverage than them.........

Oh my goodness! Did you really just say this in your post? Mayweather agreed to it because he was sure that he could make the weight and wanted to fight Pac. Why would he agree to it, if he couldn't make the weight? I can understand if he didn't agree to it then, we would know that Floyd wasn't sure about the weight and didn't want to risk it. Just like if Pac had no issues with the tests, he would have just agreed and moved forward with the fight but that wasn't the case right? And this "not letting anyone push you around crap while negotiating" is bull****" All Pac had to say was "NO" but he made up every excuse he could to get out of it because he knew that there should be no reason as a professional fighter, why he could not take it.
Floyd accepted the 10MIL stipulation and he had leverage too? Pac didn't accept the random blood tests because he didn't want to fight, plain and simple.

Ok so you are saying that Pacquiao taking the tests would have made him look worst than actually taking the tests and passing them? WOW! I am seeing alot of sig worthy posts coming from you guys. The difference between Shane and Pac is that Shane was actually caught cheating and eventhough he is clean now, he still has that hanging over his head. Pac on the other hand, has never been caught cheating so all of the speculation was just peoples opinion that he could have EASILY shut down if he would have taken the tests and moved on with the fight BUT he didn't. Now if he takes it, he will probably still be looked at as a cheater (Not by me) but he dug his own grave. these accusations could have been put to rest by Pac if he just did it from jump street.

Where I am from, the only ones that are scared of needles and giving blood are lil girls and boys in the 2nd and 3rd grade. Not PROFESSIONAL, top tier athletes. Pascal was blowing smoke because he is still trying to wonder how old man Hopkins, kicked his ass in the first fight and will do it again in the second.
