Is John Ruiz suing King as well or something?
Never saw either fight personally, but in a quote in the reputable UK publication Boxing News, Don said "Lamon Brewster is the man to watch. He stopped Andrew Golota in 52 seconds after Golota had beaten Byrd and Ruiz but not been given the decision.
I thought Vitali Klitschko may have unified the titles but he's too busy running and hiding."
King also mentioned that he'd made offers to Audley Harrison but "Audley has chosen his path. If he wants greatness, he knows where to come, but he'll continue doing it his way until he gets the rude awakening."
The same edition of the magazine (September 16th) mentions BoxingScene.com and quotes from David Sauvage's column on Castillo-Corrales II.
