First of all Manny said anytime even between rounds just to prove that he doesn't want testing to be an issue. Manny even said that was the point for saying what he said. YET, you guys try to turn it around and say, "Manny didn't say the "word" random. That to me is pathetic as you know what Manny meant.
Now the only way he can prove it or Floyd can disprove it is if they begin negotiations and then Floyd can say, "Manny failed" or Manny can say "Floyd's fault".
As for logic, I am well aware and have said it from way back. YOU and others are asking for random OST but from the way you are stating it and not demanding it from Floyd then it must be you who doesn't know what it means. It means that you can be tested even outside the training period BUT FLOYD NEVER DID THAT!!! Why does he have to? Because he can be taking it before the training period begins. Furthermore, if Floyd goes 1.5 years before his fight with Manny that would mean 1.5 years without getting tested!!!
So YOU are declaring FLOYD'S RULES as the right way to do things but that is incorrect as they are not the same as OST!!!

In second denied negotiation (Floyd made HBO Sports President Ross Greenburg a liar and fool). Pac already agreed to the 14 days cut off Floyd offered but Floyd took it back and replaced it with O days. Pac countered offered with 7 days through Ross Greenburg but denied the negotiation. These one alone should be enough for the *****s to understand Floyd doesn't want any part of Pac. Why you are soooo dumb and ******? Yes, with the head of HBO Sports being the head *******. But according to Floyd and his minions, those negotiations were all a figment of our collective imaginations, they never happened... but we only found out AFTER the countdown had expired, not before or even during. And Greenburg pulling Floyd's hoe card doesn't change the facts that negotiations never happened, right?
He's suing because members of the Mayweather crime family and GBP made slanderous and libelous unfounded remarks that could've affected his livelihood and earning power (ie, endorsements). Had nothing to do with testing. If I was the head of a McDonald's rival, like say Wendy's, and I along with my associates made claims in the media that Mickey D's was serving rat meat instead of beef and their drinks were laced with PCP, I'd better have some pretty ****ing solid evidence otherwise I'd expect to be millions of dollars lighter after the trial. No different in this situation.Has Manny decided which terms he's "agreeing" to yet? Which terms is Manny agreeing to? Is it full random OST? Is it a certain cutoff date? Is it between rounds? Or is it his latest statement of "My power is all natural...You have to believe me"? Or the fact Manny is still "suing" to "agree" to take full random OST tests? You know Manny is a fraud and a liar. You aren't fooling anyone. Like it or not.
As for what Manny 'agreed' to...
