Kid Diamond was not very impressive in the only fight I saw him in. They called it a draw but he clearly lost to the slick Cuban. He was almost knocked out. If the ref had stopped it, Diamond could not have argued.

Now, imagine someone with more power and even more slick of a fighter. Mayweather is consistantly accurate. Diamond would be intimidated as well.

Well, for those who don't know, Kid Diamond put a hurtin' on Lil' Floyd about two years ago while sparring in Vegas. As a matter of fact, he beat him so bad in sparring that Mayweather kicked him out of the ring (and gym) and hasn't sparred with him since.

I'm a huge Floyd fan but I don't like his chances against a hard-hitting kid with nothing to lose in Kid Diamond. I think it's a mistake to put them in a ring together right now. I even think he might be able to smother Floyd like Castillo did in their first fight and pull it out.

BTW, I had Diamond winning handily against Casamayor and he's the first fighter I've ever seen hurt Casita (even Chico didn't hurt him).

I have to say all though unpolished Diamond can pop hard. I think Floyd is to slick for him though. I see him busing KD up for 6 or so rounds before getting a tko.

Anyway, Casamayor was the one lucky to escape with a draw vs Kid Diamond. Yall must be hittin' the crackpipe. Casamayor did not do nearly enough work and he was overwhelmed by Diamond's strength. In a rematch Diamond could possibly KO him. Diamond got hurt but he hurt Casa equally, or did yall forget? I got it on tape so don't bull**** me. I'm the biggest Casa fan of all and I was rooting for him, and I felt bad before the cards were read cuz I was sure they were going to announce Diamond the winner (and they should have). The fight really was not even that close.

I dont know how people are saying that Casamayor was robbed. i thought Kid Diamond clearly one the fight and almost by ko. Mayweather is alil to much for diamond right not, but at least it wont be as bad as the gatti fight
