Spending 5% of your yearly income on a hobby isn't a addiction but Mayweather averaging 1million a month on bets isn't a hobby it's crazy. Good luck to him and I hope he fights soon.

will floyd mayweather get into the hall of fame now? because pete rose won't ever get into the mlb hall of fame for betting on baseball(his own team too.).

I heard that Floyd would also bet on himself to win in fights....not sure about the amounts but I know it was over 500K...something like 750K maybe. Of course he was the favorite to win but at 4:1 or 5:1, if you bet 800K on yourself or 1 Mill, you get a nice return o 200K or 500K......(of course not including your initial investment)

Sports betting has nothing to do with them winning or losing the casino want even bets on both sides and take money to place the bet, so if they have equal money on each side they have zero risk.

That is also why lines move so they attract money to the side they want.

If you are smart and patient you can make it work for you~
