It would be a blowout and considered a cherry picked fight when Martinez embarrasses Pirog's entire existence in the ring.

Make this "tune up" happen as the Super Six Tournament is near end and contracts can be made with the popular names there.

Nobody from 154-160 beats a career 5'10 JMW in Sergio Martinez, the very soon to be P4P #1.

Yes, Martinez is certainly ducking Pirog by fighting cupcakes like Paul Williams and Dzinziruk while Pirog is taking on future HOFers like Macial and Jacobs. I am sure Sturm panthuggers are saying Martinez, Golovkin and Pirog are ducking him too.

Yeah, that Paul Williams guy is probably the smallest to ever step foot in the ring.
Martinez is terrible, beating the #3 P4P (Paul) and then asking #2 and #1 for a fight. Who does that anyway?

Martinez would rather fight another blown up 154lb anyways. Even if he didn't loom impressive in this fight, he still won and is still the champion. Another reason to duck Pirog, Just admit it High risk low reward.

Pirog equals no $ for Martinez. He should've at least tried to look impressive in his fight last night if he wants HBO to pony up some $ for him. This is a business, not charity work.

Like I made at thread yesterday, Pirog looked like he always has... Doesn't mean he sucks.

It's like people are born to generate ******ation on threads. Pirog has fought NOONE, it's not ducking. It's common sense.

haha, martinez fears no man in this era,he takes them all out!.

i struggle to think of any current boxers that can give him any real trouble!.

maybe an old winky can be a difficult fight if winky gets more active and finds some form.

Martinez beats anyone and everyone at light middle and middleweight.

im fine for martinez to get a few money fights and then take big unification fights.
