Astrology wont decide the fight, though, the fighters will.

what is considered a strong sign then?

I find it funny that Leo's for example is at home in sun but is definitely one of the worst influences in boxing. especially the leo/sun. leo mars incidently is great for boxing. so is leo ascendant. leo/sun is a huge disadvantage. i'd say it's jsut as bad as aquarius/sun. it is such a big flaw that I don't even have to look at the rest of the chart.

It's pretty interesting if you look at boxing historically. Leo's love to get KTFO.

Jermain Taylor. Paul Williams. Enzo Macarrelli.

past greats include, Michael Grant and Ken Norton.
Leo being home in sun doesnt mean great boxers though, it basically means these individuals have great life force, inner strength, and are people that are enjoyable to be around. A natural inclination to lead , authoritative. Jermain taylor has his mars in libra which is in detriment, Imo it isnt extremely bad for boxing the problem is the scales sway, all mars libra fighters( Cloud, Dawson,Taylor etc) seem to have wild energy fluctuations. I know I went off the trail with that but, just trying to illustrate the point that these consistancies were pointing out are very limited in scorp since we dont know all the details of their chart. W ortiz though, its similar to alexander, and Berto and Bradleys bdays are so close their charts are almost identical.

Good to know you have an affinity towards Floyd's boxing style. Each placement for a planet has 30 different degrees at where it can be placed. Floyd's Mars in Aquarius along with yours both happen to be at 11 degrees. By using what I saw with your Mars, I figured you have respect for Floyd's fighting style.

Having the Sun (which represents you, your ego, etc) and Mars (which represents your combative spirit) in the 1st house pointed towards you being an athletic person. I knew a few people with Mars in the 1st house. One kid wasn't aggressive or anything, but he was able to quickly grasp how to play almost any sport. The second person was this b*tch who you wouldn't think too much of, but she liked to get into fights. Her Mars happened to be in head first and trigger happy Aries.

Not surprised. I consider boxing an EARTH sport, so it's easy to see why it attracted someone like you.

Analyzing and technicalities are Aquarius keywords. Your Mars is in Aquarius, so you like to study the sport for the actual science behind it. Pro fighters with Mars in Aquarius are Sugar Ray Leonard and Floyd, we can see these two analyze their opponents and surgically dissect them in the ring. They're what we can call "Sweet SCIENTISTS".
That's pretty sweet stuff man....I really dig that..I need to do some research into this, it appears to be extremely pertinent and accurate.

yes you did go off on a tangent.

out of all the leo boxers we brought up you only singled out taylor.

the fact is leos are not great boxers. it is such a handicap. despite what the rest of their charts look like. and it's true historically and currently.

yo Dawerlzgreatest why do you think all of the real elite Scorpio Sun fighters have the Moon in Aries? THere's Tony Canzoneri, Larry Holmes, and one more guy who's name I don't remember right now.

All the Scorpios who managed to make it as ATGs have an Aries Moon.

It's strange because neither sign on its own has historically been "great" at boxing.

@ my man before this , but it is a truth that Leos are actually good fighters, the mere fact that you mentioned so many is a testament to that.. Getting ko'd doesnt make you a bad fighters. Also Leos and other fire signs are more willing to risk taking tough fights, and taking risks in those tough fights. All fire guys got knocked out before a coach refined thEM fire needs discipline and coaching to work ( a la Wlad Klitchko, manny pacman) Earth is more calculating. So is water so they naturally are more picky about fights and bleed green more than red.

The sun scorpio and moon aries quincunx is interesting both are in incompatible elements and both are mars ruled. With Scorpio being the higher octave of mars, and Aries being the raw out the gate mars. Chad dawson has an aries moon as well. Great observation bro.

                    You're contradicting yourself here.

And I don't think he's crazy, I just don't believe in any of that stuff. To me, it's almost as silly, if not sillier, than believing in Jesus and God. Or any other religion for that matter.

There was no contradiction at all, friend. I could tell you that Carpricorns have more determination than Gemini, which is generally true. Doesnt mean Caps beat Gems in fights no matter what.
As far as it seeming almost silly, I can see that. Problem is, if you look at it rationally, its easy to draw all of the parallels between astrological theory and reality, hence many intelligent people buying into it.
