Froch went into that fight with slight complacency not expecting the top of 168 to be so good, as you can see that after that fight and having to fight the other top guys, his game has improved, he is far from the fighter we saw in the Taylor fight.

Maybe Froch should be more concerned about Johnson instead of what Bute is saying. And I will admit that I am a Bute fan but I still don't understand how so many fans don't see how good he is,why? He has got to have one of most wicked body attacks that I have ever seen. With that said there is no doubt that Froch has fought the better competition but in my opinion Bute is still the better fighter. And as for Froch's opponents. Froch did look good against Abraham but Arthur did so little in that fight that my old fat a$$ may have been able to beat him. Kessler is way past his prime and was still able to beat him. Dirrell did beat him in every way except on the scorecards and Taylor was beating him easily until the last 30 seconds of their fight. And I can't see Kessler beating Bute and I really believe Froch will also lose to Bute.
