Lineal Champ, not undisputed. Haye wont be Undisputed Champ untill he knocks Quitali out.

To be be undisputed in the eyes of the general public he would need to beat both brothers.

I think most unbiased boxing fans wouldn't consider him lineal champ either. Just like most unbiased boxing fans don't consider Wlad the lineal champ.

Only a fool would call the winner of wlad haye the undisputed champ when the big brother is still looming over the division

No. But he should have gone a long way towards beating all of the belt holders. He doesn't have to hold the belts to be undisputed.

Besides, if you win one belt besides the WBA you become the super-champion and they make a new champ. Then if you win another belt you become the mega champion and they invent another belt holder. And if you win three other belts you become the super mega mecha-champion and have to fight king kong.

                    As did I.

I'm still not sure the winner should be the champ because this is a very difficult case with two brothers refusing to prove who's the best. Normally I'd say the winner was undisputed but it's a tough call here.

Technically, with three belts from the four major sanctioning bodies the winner would be undisputed. But with Vitali still holding a belt (and the biggest one, the WBC), no-one including the winner himself will claim to be the undisputed Champion (unless Haye wins, which is highly unlikely).
