Wlad-Haye winner will he be undisputed?

The old way to deem a fighter undisputed was if he held both the WBA and WBC titles. Then the IBF was added to the mix making it harder to achieve undisputed status. But will the Wlad-Haye winner with his WBA, WBO, and IBF belts mean that he will be the undisputed heavyweight champion?

Probably but he shouldn't be because Vital has the WBC belt and would spank both of their candy asses.

of course not. He'll be unified champ, ring champ and no.1 heavy on the planet but he can't claim to be undisputed.

Nope..But the road to it lies through this fight..If Haye wins this fight a match-up with Vitali would then produce a undisputed either way. Vitali deserves that title more than his brother and if Haye beats both so does he..

So are you saying a fighter can ONLY be undisputed if he wins all 4 belts? Given the way certain organizations like the WBA do business with their 3 champions per division it's near impossible to hold all 4 titles at once and have no other fighter claim he's a champ also.

Wlad should already be seen as undisputed. Saying one must win all the belts, as if that definition still has merit rather than weighing who beat who and when, is archaic and played out.

Wlad ought to have the WBA belt HAye holds and the only other belt, WBC, his brother won from a guy Wlad beat already in his current win streak.

            Wlad is the champ.

If HAye wins, he's the champ.

Don't respect belts too much. they are business commodities. Their ratings are all you need to know about how much they mean in terms if competitive merit. For instance, the WBC Jr. Middleweight belt was contested for as a vacant prize twice in the last year with men who'd never fought in class (Pac and Hatton).

            Sanc mobs are a joke.

No. Vitali still holds a belt and Wlad will never fight him so there will forever be a dispute here...

                    After there next two fights.

Perhaps Vitali retires and Wlad picks it up.....from lets say Povetkin.
