Margarito would not land a good punch against Mayweather. Even if he did, I think Mayweather would have the chin for it. And he would land many more punches than Margarito.

I favor the punching volume of Margarito over the slick style of Floyd. I don't think Floyd will beat Margarito because he will be way too small and underpowered in this fight. It's a clear issue of size and strength.

If PBF can beat Margarito then I'd put him up there with Sugar Ray Robinson. Until then, I will bet on Margarito.

leave this alone, Mayweather fans refuse to acknowledge that Margarito is a bigger stronger version of Castillo who gave Floyd a lot of trouble. Floyd by KO? pfffffff 170 pound daniel santos couldn't knock him down u think little floyd will do it, no way. The only way he would discourage Tony is by outboxing him, i see this as either Margarito by KO/TKO or floyd by decision. You all know which one i favor.

Once Floyd Mayweather can discourage him from coming forward (which won't be as difficult for Mayweather as many people think.) It'll be all downhill for Margarito and a stoppage is very possible. Just look at what Roy use to do when people use to try to come at him all crazy. After he discouraged them (using accurate power punching, up and down, and moving) he would land at will.

There is no way that PBF will stop Margarito.

He couldn't stop Castillo, was never close to stopping Castillo, so he will never, ever stop Margarito. Margarito comes into fights 10 lbs bigger than Castillo even. PBF could win, but, it would not be easy at all. He probably would not look good doing it. Also Roy had more power p4p than Floyd, so that's different.

I actually agree with you, adrsan, but I still think the possibility of a stoppage shouldn't be ruled out.
