In the promo video for the fight, he looks in excellent shape already. Will Jones enter as a slight underdog? If so, this would be only the second time in his professional career where he enters as underdog. What a great opportunity to make some easy money for betters who bet on roy jones. Jones will make it look EASY! You heard it here first, it will be a one-sided easy victory. Note that Tarver is very susceptible to the left hook and has been knocked down by fighters like reggie johnson and others who do not have the punching power of roy jones. Jones' most powerful punch is his left hook and he's been working on it for almost a year now. I could hear the haters already saying that tarver was never really that good to begin with. LOL

Tarver has got to be the betting favorite in this fight. I dont know why but I still think Jones is going to win this fight. Hopefully he retires one way or another after this fight cause he is going downhill and its time to let it go.

Jones has been the best fighter of our generation. I think that his legacy was unjustly hurt when he lost to Tarver and Johnson, so I am rooting for Roy. He has always been ****y as hell, overall he has been a good guy both in and outside the ring.

This all being said, when a guy gets old he gets old. After losing his last two fights, I think he loses this one badly by knockout. I would love to be wrong, but I just think he has gotten old.
