Vitali was a kickboxing champ and Wlad kickboxed as well. They both have strong amateur backgrounds. They've been fighting for a long time and know what they are doing.

Juan carlos gomez last fought at cruiserweight in 2001 when Haye was still an amatuer, While Adamek didnt even move to cruiserweight till 2007/2008 which was around the time Haye already annouce his intention to move up to HW after the Enzo maccarinelli fight.
