I like how he's fighting every couple of weeks. Whatever it takes to get this kid comfortable in the ring again. Kirkland in the ring as much as possible and out of the streets is nothing but great for him and boxing fans.

Exactly its a beautiful thing. I think he'll trash this april 9th kid, take a C level fight in the summer, then hopefully I think he'll fight Angulo and maybe Paul Williams by the end of the year when he starts getting back in rhythem again.

And if he beats them bring on Sergio for a war! Win or lose Kirkland's the man. I'd rather him fight Saul Alvarez before Sergio though. If he can beat all 3 of them, I think he could give Sergio a run for his money.

Kirkland has flaws, man. They are obvious now - can only imagine what it'll look like against an elite fighter.

Hopefully his fight will be shown live on sky sports, i have never seen him fight live just highlights.
