Don King recently said that if Floyd Jr fought for him, he could get Floyd Jr $100 million for the Pacquiao fight. I really thought that Don was talking out of his ass just to get Floyd Jr to come to him. Now it seems that when Arum asked Don what it would take for the fight, Don King said $100 million. If that number never changes and doesn't drop down approx 50% to around $50 million, then the fight will never happen. Nobody is worth that amount, I could care less who they are...

as a floyd fan and a boxing fan i can say with 100% accuracy, this is just plain crazy. 100 mil is too big a purse even for the cash cow of boxing. i hpoe this info is in correct and floyd is not asking for such a large purse. he wouldnt do that. would he?

100 million dallars is just too much money for any one boxer even in this day and age. i just dont see the justification for such a kings ransom. even with the world wide media exposer. no way does any one get this type of money. oscar didnt even come close to this type of money.

I don't think that is the case because it's not true because Floyd does have the skills to beat Pac and easy at that. I just think it is a case of people talking about something they don't know. I wish everyone would let Floyd talk so we know for sure where his head is at, instead of reading these articles and running with it. Last thing we heard was that he wasn't coming back from what we heard from Zab Judah. Until Floyd says it himself, it is not gospel. Pac fans didn't. By the way.....Martinez had the better opponents as well. Here's the thing. People want Floyd just to fight and just want Manny to fight the best. Martinez didn't make it to the top by being popular but rather fighting the best opponents. Something the P4P best fighter in the world is supposed to be doing but the sport of boxing has already agreed that Manny hasn't been doing that these past years. Name calling or labeling me something will not change that.

The only best opponent left for Pac is Floyd. The rest will get KOed with in six.
