Do you know what going into a "mode" means? It's basically being in a certain mind frame.

Hatton in the Pac fight??? Went into a "boxing mode".... He was mentally destroyed by Mayweather and thought that firing his entire corner and joining the Mayweather's and "learn" to box would put him in the "mode" to beat Pac.

We watched what happens when you imitate something you are not. Reason Pac had an easy pay day with such a mentally weak fighter who dropped everything on a dime to box. Not taking anything away from that easy fight for Pac that I called precisely BUT its only true as Pac had it coming (as I personally called it, EASILY).

Arum has the agenda to keep Floyd out of the ring until he thinks Pac has the advantage over Floyd. Just as he thought Hatton would have. Arum knows exactly how great Mayweather is technically and knows that he needs to stay out of the ring for as long as possible and then actually come to the table (not with a false countdown clock) and present a realistic contract fully agreed too.

Bottom line, Arum NEEDS Floyd ring rusted. In the meantime he'll keep the circus act in full effect.

Arum is not the only boxing promoter thus Floyd can still fight other than Pac. but you know what?

I know exactly how Floyd is and as annoying as he can be at times. One thing we know about Floyd is that he does the talking for himself. What South Paw has beat him or gave him a real fight? If you use Corley or Zab as an example then it's a poor one because both them dudes got shut out. Stylistically, Floyd is all wrong for Pac because as we witnessed in both JMM fights, that a counter puncher dings Pacquiao up all day. Pac is not even fighting guys like that anymore. Wish that Freddie Roach felt the same you regarding Pac/Floyd....

For one, Arum's not a fighter. Two, Arum wouldn't allow Mayweather to fight Cotto when both where undefeated JWW's and three Arum wouldn't Pay Floyd enough to fight the cheater.

Remember Arum makes or breaks fights especially when he promotes you. Guess who Bob promoted up until 2006? Guess what happened after 2006 when he got fired by this somebody?
