Hardest puncher?? I would say Lamar Parks had the heaviest hands of all the guys I boxed (other than a cruiserweight from CT named Don Smith). I fought Lamar twice as an amateur and we sparred as pros... the man had bricks in his goves.

Otis Grant was damn good to beat Ryan Rhodes, Rhodes was a better prospect than Naz Hamed for me. I sparred with Rhodes at Neville Brown's gym in Burton 10 years ago and he beat the living **** out of me.
Very awkward blonde haired kid, and a hard hitter. I was there for that Otis Grant fight, but I don't remember much about the fight other than Rhodes holding his hands up victorious all throughout the final round probably trying to give off a perception to the judges that he was the better man to be champion, but that was ****** tactics because it lost him the final round doing that, he should of been working Grant like **** for those last three mins instead of doing all that showboating.

We figured Otis was too polished and experienced for Ryan and we were right... plus Otis had great sparring for the fight !! LOL. Anyway, I am here waiting for my man RASTA MAN to come and concede defeat and hook Ice up with a check for the book
