Why could't Floyd just fight Pac instead of making up theses accusations? Now it backfired on him and he looks like a coward. Terrible.

this whole thing is a joke. Instead of the boxing fans getting to see floyd and pac fight in the ring we get to see them in court.

There are some things that have been puzzling to me though. Why could pac just say: " hey, if you really think i'm on ped's then you really must be impressed with what i have been doing and since i'm not on them i'll take that as a compliment." or he could have said " i'll take whatever random no cutoff date bs blood test you've been nagging about and then i'm going to kick your coward ass all over the ring."

no. Instead pac's people say let's go to court cuz you've insulted us. I mean wtf? The only other thing i want to know about is where does paulie m. Stand in all this. cuz this dude flat out said he thought manny was on something too. Are pac's peeps going to take paulie to court as well? Or maybe since they got khan to kick his ass they felt that was good enough.

if it was truly and honestly about slander and morals then they would include everyone that has accused pac of peding or roiding and believe me the list is longer than floyd, sr, rog, oscar and shaefer

What is the basis for your legal opinion? If you can't "win a prosecution off a professional for giving his personal opinion when a reporter asks him for it", as a matter of law, it should have been thrown out on a motion to dismiss. That's how the legal system works. The judge clearly believes that you can win a civil case under these circumstances, so he allowed it to continue. And, in civil cases, you don't generally call it a "prosecution" or the plaintiff a "prosecutor." It is just "plaintiff."

Seriously, if you don't know anything about the legal system and how it functions, don't pontificate like you do.

They rarely dismiss a case unless the law " forces " them too , especially in a civil case because its deemed as being prejudice against the yet to hear evidence of the motion to sue , they never throw it out unless it is LAW ,,, its purely discretionary what was asked of this judge and he ruled lets hear the evidence , its got *** all to do whether he thinks they can win , how the *** could he come to that without hearing the evidence ,,, I dont know much about the finer points of law but I know some , but I got common sense so lets see where it goes , and *** off with your I know what its called so I know attitude .

Well therein lies the problem. The Mayweather family with the exception of Jeff all like to talk alot of smack. And now it seems it backfired. Floyd must truly see some kind of greatness in Pac and he just can't seem to handle it. So in his mind and his family's mind there must be some kind of reason that just is not natural. All in all this sucks. It's so rare to have 2 top P4P guys at the right weight for each other but they can't fight because of insults, allegations, and court dates.

lol at this *****s scrambling to defend their retiree queen. The difference between Mosley and Pac, nobody accused Mosley that he was on PED like what Oscar and GBP, the Mayweather's family did. It was recorded, they had quoted and videos of it. Why not let the court to decide if the Mayweather's family accusation against Pac was indeed true? Floyd didn't want any part of Pac that is why he went to vacation remember? At least we can see this fight in court, so just relax and enjoy the show!

Oscar really couldn't have ****ed this up more than he did. All he was asked to do was get some signatures on a paper, and sell a fight that would sell itself. Instead he slandered (in print and otherwise) someone who he makes money off of and is now facing a $5 million lawsuit and probably losing GBP's claim to its share of Pac/Top Rank's earnings.

oscar gets paid from pac by court order because pac tried to steal 250,000 from gbp that was given to him as an inducement to allow gbp to promote him. pac signed with arum and tried to keep gbps money. oscar took him to court. pac was allowed to keep the 250k but oscar gets 10% of every pac fight. EVERY ONE. so pac cant get that deal terminated. and its due to his own greed.
