I think the obvious reaction would be, why isn't he fighting Sergio Martinez at 154lbs? Furthermore, why didn't he fight Margarito at 154?

I see the fight happening in the first half of 2012...Arum all but is paving the roadway in his latest interview

I think Pac/Marquez III is an all but forgone conclusion. Plus Arum will get a fight or two option on Marquez for the future, and Marquez will get his 5 million dollar ass whupping and go back to Lightweight.

Pac/Cotto II will happen next year if Cotto wins out for 2011
