All that work?Originally posted by GranTorinoWow. With so much ignorance and hostility in that post, I can only assume I have somehow offended you. Either that or you are looking for a little e-fight.
Good.
I appreciate your ahem..attempt.. at keeping it civil. Perhaps the next time you try, you'll be successful. You certainly weren't this time.
There are so many things wrong with your frame of mind (that I fear can only be treated with a few choice psycho-the****utic meds) I really dont know where to start tearing your post apart. So I'll just start from the beginning.
"What the **** do you think this is?"
Ah, intelligent thought, right from the start.
"This is boxing, this isnt a ****in sport where you need to be humble, the objective is to destroy your opponent"
You're correct, certainly you should not be humble...in the ring. You should be a cold and calculating hunter who looks for the chance to put down the opposition with extreme prejudice at the slightest opportunity. But Im not talking about how one boxes. Im talking about an individual being classy. Im talking about being a gentleman who doesn't have to bad-mouth someone at press conferences and act like a moron to try to get attention. Im talking about someone who prefers to let their fists do the talking inside the ring.
"if your in the ring, and you dont believe your one of the best in the ring, then you dont need to be in that ring in the first place"
Again, I completely agree. But if I understand you correctly, you are implying that one must behave like a twelve year old child in order to instill that belief in themselves. Because you apparently equate that kind of attitude and behaviour with believing in yourself. Im curious, do you act this way yourself? Is your speech laden with profanities and do you speak in the third person? If you say yes, I cant say that I would be surprised. As most people know, heavy use of profanity is a good indicator of a poor intellect. Too bad. Maybe you could try reading a book?
"I could easily turn this in a race issue, since 99 percent of these "loudmouthed thugs speaking in 3rd person" are black"
First, Im sure you are exactly the kind of person who loves to play the race card every chance they get. The fact that you even mention race tells me, and everyone else who reads this post that you are that type of person. My comment was about behaviour and not once did I mention race.
And secondly, in regards to you saying that "99 percent of these "loudmouthed thugs speaking in 3rd person" are black" well, you said it, not me. You must be so proud of that.
" on the other hand, being the good gentleman that they are has earned them hardly any fans in america."
Well, I guess you must be a boxing statistician to be able to say that. I for one, am not a statistician, so I have to draw from what I have seen and read on the net and in various boxing publications that I read from time to time. And from what I have read, the Klitschkos are more popular now than they have ever been. In fact, judging by the volume of positive things I read about them, I can only assume that their american fanbase is quite large, and continually growing.
"Inactivity from the older brother as well as blatntly ducking Hasim Rahman, a man he should be able to beat rather easily."
First, basic grammar, chief. That is a fragment sentence. But anyway...how exactly has he been ducking Rachman? As I understand it, Vitali has had back surgery recently, and as most human beings do, he requires time to heal and recuperate. Do you think he's an ultra-fast healer who doesnt need the normal recuperative time a normal human would? If you think that, your just as ****** as you make yourself out to be. Or do you believe that he never had surgery in the first place and was just lying about it? If so, I assume you have some proof of this? Perhaps something you can share with the rest of us? Something besides an uninformed, hate laden opinion? I'd love to see any tangible proof you might have.
"unique display of lack of heart from the younger brother"
Exactly what display are you referring to? You mean the time he was getting kd'd repeatedly by Sanders and kept getting up to fight on until the ref stopped it? Oh yea, that's a real show of cowardice. Seems to me that someone with a lack of heart would have just lain there and not gotten up. Funny, I dont recall Wlad doing that. Maybe you can show me.
Maybe youre talking about the Brewster fight, where he fought on as hard as he could until he was too exhausted to defend himself. Lack of hear there? No. Lack of experience, maybe, but lack of heart? How exactly?
"These guys are not the truth in the HW division"
No, thank god, they are not. They have risen above the stature of most of the HW out there. Now dont get me wrong, there are other classy gentlemen boxers out there like the Klitschkos, but we're not discussing them for this thread's purposes.
I will futiley await your intelligent, articulate reply.

i know your tryin to be ****in witty, and insulting, but i didnt insult you, so its unwarranted, nobody is looking for any fight, which is why i said id keep it civil, and i plan on keepin it that.Originally posted by GranTorinoWow. Doing that kind of **** sells fights, something your boys couldnt do unless they are in the ring with someone whos already a big name. They are good people, but they lack personality, you can get away with that **** when you look spectacular and consistent in the ring, which neither of them are in my opinion.
This is exactly the way i talk in real life, im not gonna sit there and pretend like i speak like ****in dan rather to impress you. Read what im saying, dont try to attack my intellect based on me cursing alot, im free to speak how i feel comfortable, and this is how i speak, deal with it. Nobody is making you talk to me, you can have me on ignore if its that much of an issue. Im not gonna go into a **** measuring contest on how much education i have because that doesnt mean ****, im here to talk boxing.Again, I completely agree. Yes, i am proud of people who talk **** and back it up, its apart of the build up of a fight, its apart of what seperates a Wlad from a James Toney. Its what seperates a Hatton from a Mayweather. These are seperate personalities, and when they clash, its intresting because there is some kind of build up to a fight, it brings anticipation, frankly, nobody wants to see 2 ****in humble gentlemen go at it.
If you dont like loud black folks, then thats on you, and im playing the race card because its ****in true, we talk the loudest. And i am proud of that, because black fighters are some of the most respected on the planet. Think what you want, very few humble fighters stand at the top of the fight game.
They arent **** here, and the PPV that Vitali had speaks volumes, im not even gonna argue that **** because i live here, and i know its true.Well, I guess you must be a boxing statistician to be able to say that. Attacking my grammar is ****in ******ed, were speakin english, but were not in an english class, as long as you can read and understand what im sayin, get the **** off that **** please. He ducked Rahman by attempting to get another opponent, rather than taking on his mandatory, trying to get a lesser opponent (Brock and another European whos name escapes me) rather than Rahman was viewed as ducking by most other boxing anaylsys, including Ring mag. I didint say he didint have no surgery, your on the wrong track, hes inactive, even if its due to injury, hes inactive, period.First, basic grammar, chief. That is a fragment sentence. But anyway...how exactly has he been ducking Rachman? As I understand it, Vitali has had back surgery recently, and as most human beings do, he requires time to heal and recuperate. Hes heartless to me because he can overcome hardship during a fight, tiring out and getting rattled isnt ****in heart. Even my favorite fighter ever Mike Tyson had this same problem, of course Tyson is 20x times the fighter Wlad was in his prime (85-91), its still evident that Tyson lacked heart to overcome things when they got hard. Its the same with Wlad, Experiance my ass, Wlad had how many fights before Sanders and Brewster? Thats a line of ****.Exactly what display are you referring to? You mean the time he was getting kd'd repeatedly by Sanders and kept getting up to fight on until the ref stopped it? Oh yea, that's a real show of cowardice. Seems to me that someone with a lack of heart would have just lain there and not gotten up. Funny, I dont recall Wlad doing that. Maybe you can show me.

One thing i will say is that attacking me and the way i speak is the wrong route, the insults i made were strictly to do with boxing and the fighters in question. You think somehow your smarter or more intelligent than me because of grammar errors? You got the game sewn all wrong, the mark of intelligence isnt measured on internet arguing, but how you can construct a legit argument with legit points and stayin on the subject, or in this case, it was a matter of my opinion on yours. I dont have no desire to attack your character, or try to lay you down with petty insults, i stay on the subject. If i think what you have to say is bull****, then ill tell you, but im not gonna sit here and attack your intelligence or who you are because of the **** that you say like your tryin to do me. I told you i keep it civil and on topic, and if you wanna maintain the integrity of the topic, which is about Wlad, then ****in stay on topic and get the **** off me please. If you disagree with my opinion, thats fine, argue that ****, but dont even try to ****in attack me, because this thread will be torn apart and that aint how i do it.Comment

hmm
In my opinion the Klitschkos don't lack personality at all. You don't have to be rude and crude to have "personality". They are smart doctors with PhD's and they speak many languages. To me, that is interesting.
Roy Jones didn't diss his opponents, which is why I liked him. Everyone tried to diss him but he didn't get into that. To me, that's class. He talked himself up instead of talking others down.
People like FMJ just annoy the hell out of me with their fakeness and trash-talking. I don't like the way he, Toney, or Mayorga talk but I like to watch them all fight for sure.Comment
