The bold is a logical assumption, not fact. The bold/underlined is an extremely presumptive assertion. And I don't understand what you mean by "because Vitali has gotten beaten only by injury."
An injury does indeed take something away from the win, just like Byrd's legitimate win over Vitali is tainted by Klitschko's injury. I've said this before: Klitschko won against Solis fair and square. However, the case is being made that Solis was stopped because of injury, not a punch. I think both sides have a case. I've simply chosen the side I believe to be more correct.
