i really can't understand why fighters resort to belittling pac when they obviously want to fight him. don't they ever learn from Marquez?

Look at Dela Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey and to some extent margarito.

Before landing a fight with him, those guys were nothing but respectful to him. They never felt the need to question Pac's skills OR his choice of opponents.

Its a pity that Martinez didn't take the higher ground in regards to calling out Pac.
