But since he did make the decision to go back to 147 for the reasons I cited, then what the **** are you *****ing about him not facing Sergio at 154?

that's not how ranking works. Cotto had the better win in a welterweight back in 2009 before Pac fought him but he wasnt rank number 1. beating Mosley, Clottey, Judah, Quintana.
