they give you a rough idea whats going on, but they hide all the good stuff.

It's one of the reasons I would have given Haye a better shot at him that Wlad, who's pretty much sharp from the opening bell.
I see Wlad as skittery early, until he settles into his game and starts to get his timing. Haye needs to make his mark early in that fight, or it gets away from him real quick.

            This is no surprise.

Nor should it be a surprise to Haye. This whole fight thus far has been fun and games and this is just another twist in the tail............IF it is true.

If David Haye is to fight and beat either/both the Ks then he must be mentally prepared for this kind of thing, and thankfully I think he is.

Whilst i continue to stand by my prediction that Haye beats W by KO with 4 rounds, if he fights V then I’m picking Haye on points, unanimously, but it’ll be a much harder fight than W.
Fair point. Besides, Haye has talked it up about beating both brothers, so now he can't moan about fighting either one.

But I really do hope Haye fights Wlad.

Wlad needs to take that fight.

I hear people say this all the time, but really if you look at his latest fights he settles into his groove right from the off. Watch the first round of Chambers of Peter and notice how quickly he starts establishing his jab and how quick and snapping it is. Of course all fighters have a few jitters in the opening round, whoever they are, but Wlad's improved massively in this regard. Vitali in comparison is always as slow as molasses until about the fourth.

Margarito's chin is a billion times better than Cotto's. Who got knocked out when they fought Shane?

Point I'm making isn't that Haye will KO Vit but that, given the choice between speed, elusiveness and an average chin vs slowness, hittability but a rock solid chin, I'd take the former. Anyone's chin can be cracked if hit right, just ask Andrade, Margarito and David Tua. Hard to crack a chin though if you can barely hit it.

I agree. Vitali is only human and is getting older, I find it a bit bizarre that people keep pedalling this myth that he can't be knocked out. His chin hasn't been tested in years and Haye can punch, it's impossible to say what would happen if he lands the perfect shot.

Good point, I might rewatch that fight and check it out.
