    Heavyweight boxers are embarrassing?

Ok so Solis goes out with a knee injury. It may have been pre-existing but its compounded with him being too damn fat. When you get a knee injury any doctor will tell you drop the excess. I mean, if boxers trained this ****ty in the better years of Hw boxing we'd be a little pissed. Being that its no weight limit we keep accepting them making millions with no true dedication to the sport. Im not exactly what you call in shape but I could get up off my couch right now and appear in better shape than 90% of current heavies. Thats why the lower weights make more money and put on better shows. They actually have standards to up keep. There is no other weight class where its acceptable to have a ****in double chin. People keep looking for a fighter to compete with the Klits and it wont happen with these tubs of lard the public and boxing keep feeding them. Shouldnt we expect that which is is the bare minimum? Road work. Sit ups. Eating like you might live to eat again. Terrible.

Is that what the doctor told Yuri Foreman?

    Stop complaining about fighters weights

Aesthetically pleasing physique doesnt always mean in best shape. He was a naturally big guy with a big frame and weighed 249 pound. There was no reason he couldnt support 249 pound.

Some HWs are in shape: Wlad, Vitali, Haye, Sosnowski, Glazkov, Price, etc.

Only two of those fighters will be considered great fighters (Wlad and Vitali).

The fighters in the heavyweight division may lack talent, but the worse part about the heavyweight division currently is everyone besides Wlad and Vitali just sit on their ass and never fight each other. There are rarely good match ups outside on who the brothers fight. They take the easiest way until a mandatory shot and then just sit on their ass until the brothers have to fight them.

There have been too few good matchups, I agree.

Contenders like Povetkin, Boytsov, Thompson, Kevin Johnson, etc should be fighting each other instead of journeymen.

However, there's a few good HW fights coming up: Glazkov-Bahktov and Dimitrenko-Sosnowski next Saturday Mar 26, and Helenius-Peter on Apr 2.

An injury is what it is. No thats not what a doctor would tell Yuri but it is definitely what they would tell Solis. Are you really gonna argue that he's not a fat ass? How much do you really think running and diet played a part in his training regimin. Boxing has always had big guys. But not like this. So you think James Toney fighting for a HW championship with a stomach rivaling Buddah is cool? I had a major knee injury and the more weight I picked up the more it was aggrevated. Its common sense. Its the reason Wlad and Vit have made it a cake walk.

I hope the up and comers keep good work ethic on their rise. I can honestly say I pay the HW division about as much attention as the toughman contest that comes to the Georgia Dome.

Oh, in another words the damn Klitschkos won again, but you really can not come up with a decent argument to blame them with so you belittle the whole division.

Boxing has always had big guys like that.

He is 249 pound and theres no reason his knee couldnt hold him up. Just look at professions where they have to be big
