Middleweight Sergio Martinez (47-2-2, 26KOs) would like to fight in Mexico on July 9, with Alfredo Angulo as the opponent. He says there is a "60% chance" that his next fight takes place in Mexico. Martinez said it all depends on whether he can secure HBO's support on fighting in the country. Some of the opponents mentioned to Martinez include Angulo, Peter Manfredo Jr. and Andy Lee.

If they can get a huge crowd then it would be interesting to bring the fight to Mexico. In all reality Angulo is a no body and this fight would be fought infront of a small crowd so it's pointless to hold an event there. It certainly is a better fight than JCC jr or whoever Sergio may fight in the states though.
