Berto doesn't deserve a fight with Pacquiao. And as a matter of fact, I'm even less interested in the fight now that he's fighting a guy who hasn't done jack shit at 147 on top of getting a draw against Peterson who Bradley dominated and quitting against Marcos Maidana. Berto's choice of competition is horrible and until he fights somebody who is a live dog I say Pacquiao should give JMM the rubber match instead. I think JMM is the tougher challenge anyway even if he's smaller.

I thought Ortiz got robbed big time in that Peterson fight, there's no way it could have been a draw. Anyway Berto has no power to ask PAC for a fight at welter, he's been there for 5 plus years and no good names on is resume: Margarito, Cotto, Clottey, Mosley, Williams, Mayweather,...heck even Cintron LOL.

when Pac vs JMM happen no need for a catchweight. they fight in 147 lbs. if JMM win he gets the belt.

JMM doesnt need to dehydrate to 135 lbs or 140 lbs because he fights around 144 lbs. He can come in 144 lbs on the weigh in and fight night without killing himself. same goes with Pac. so the Pac's weight advantage in 147 lbs is really not advantage. Marquez doesnt have to lose weight then re dehydrate to 144 lbs. Pac will be 147 lbs on fight night. 3 lbs is not an advantage.

Marquez knows pac, he's fought him 2x, ON BOTH NIGHTS (AT 126 & 130), pac was 145-147. Marquez has seen pac fight at welter. HE KNOWS PAC COMES IN AT 147-148 RANGE each & every single fight ON FIGHT NIGHT.

WHY DO YOU THINK MARQUEZ DOESNT HAVE A PROBLEM FIGHTING PAC AT 147?
