He said he has a legit chance an let's face it, Solis is a legit opponent.

The fact now after the fight Haye is saying 'Solis is just a bum etc etc' is commical quite frankly.

He was winning the round but he got clipped. Happens.

You're trying to twist it, but he said if he turned up in "prime shape." He was still carrying extra weight.

Barrett is a gatekeeper, Solis a more accurate puncher than Haye, Solis beat the gatekeeper in quicker time than Haye. Does that have any bearing on a fight between Haye & Solis... None whatsoever.

I guess when you invest too much love or hate in a fighter, logic goes out the window though.
Lol. No one brought up Haye vs Solis, kiddo. I simply said Solis was still quite effective even when 25 lbs heavier than he was last night. It was a single, quite brief sentence. Try rereading it, perhaps.

You tried to compare the performances of both Haye & Solis against an opponent. Which I showed to be illogical, and now you've red rep'd me, and got all upset.

Solis is clearly an excellent boxer, but he should stay in shape all of the time.

I think Solis would destroy Haye if they meet one day... That's what Haye is afraid of, and that's why he is so agitated about Solis.

                He said 'in shape'.

Solis was in the best shape he had been in for years.

He was looking sharp and effective before his brain was spinning around his skull.

Let's not act like he was utterly out of shape, he wasn't.

He was a legit opponent and it's a legit win for Vitali and that's all there is too it.

David Haye Has Mayweather-itis; He Won't Fight!

He wants to talk trash, he loves the cameras, the media, the interviews, but he's had more than TWO years to fight either Klitschko, and he's opted NOT to! He'd rather talk smack from the cheap seats about what he'd do to both of them, criticizing the opponents they fight, but won't dare get in the ring with either. See Emanuel Stewards comments for as much. David Haye is like the kid on the playground who calls kids names, throws rocks, makes faces, then runs to stand next to the teacher so not to get his ass kicked. Haye has no character, no credibility. He can't beat Bernard Hopkins.

                    Step Up David Haye!

If Haye is so confident, take your pick. Choose any Klitschko you want, or choose them both one at a time. Winner Take All! ONE Purse. Winner takes home all the money, the loser goes home with what he had in his pockets before the fight. If you're so damn confident David Haye, DO THAT! That's a helluva way to make a name for yourself. Put all your chips in the middle of the table, ALL IN, and go back up your mouth. Winner Take All!

Solis knocked out Haye easy in the amateurs so Haye would never have stepped in the ring with him even as a fat slob. But does not matter any more as the klit will knock him to retirement.
