Agreed, I like this division in about a year and a half. It has the potential to outshine 140lbs because thats where alot of the talent is coming from.

Side note: I think I am one of the few people to feel that it would be career disaster for Mayweather to move to 147lbs. He most likely will, and he can win some fights. But if he gets in with someone like say Margarito or Cotto, he is going to get manhandled. He is too small and offers nothing as far as power at 147....he leaves alot to be desired at 140 (as far as power). The only thing he can do at 147 is fight "Spinx Type" fights that put the fans to sleep.

People always used to say that Margarito would kill Floyd, and I was the only one who said that Margarito has never impressed me. He looks like a garbage power puncher. He was getting outboxed by Six Heads until his glass chin showed up. I always said that Floyd would dominate Margarito, and after people saw Margarito's last fight I'm sure more would agree. If he got outboxed by Santos and was shook up by his weak ass then what do you think Floyd will do to him. Cotto is way to green to even be compared to Floyd. He hasnt beaten anyone and has showed to have a problem with boxers. I still cant get while everyone is saying that Floyd cant handle the weight even though he dominated a guy who's only recent loss was to Judah who some say was the best in the division anyway. Floyd won every round and dropped Chop twice. Sure he was stunned once but Chop is a crouching south paw. He caught Floyd when he was swinging. He never went down. How many times have all these #for# guys been hurt, been knocked down, or been knocked out. Floyd gets shook up one time and all of a sudden everyone can knock him out. I dont think so. If you think that Cotto and Margarito will destroy Floyd then your crazy

I have never heard anyone talk about Margarito vs PBF. PFB has only just moved to 140...why would anyone be comparing him to Margarito before now? The post was about 147...and call me crazy, but i don't think PBF can carry the weight very well. He lacks power. He only has defence. These guys will literally manhandle him if they have nothing to be wary of. The welters are a bunch of watered down Middleweights. PBF is a swelled up lightweight. Cotto is a huge jr welter, he will be too big for PBF at 147.

Oh, I don't think PBF will become a KO victom or anything, he does have a good chin. I just don't think he will be able to look flashy enough to win rounds when he is getting pushed around.

People were talking about Floyd vs Margarito when Floyd was going to jump from lightweight to fight Oscar. He was going to have a tuneup first with either Margaito at 147 or Castelio at 154. Then Oscar didnt want to fight him, so he had decided that he wasnt going to have a tuneup and just jump straight from 135 to 154 but Oscar wouldnt fight him because of his father. Arum was trying to put it together and Floyd wanted it because of the money and the fame, but Oscar said he has to much respect for Floyd senior to make this fight even though senior said he wouldnt mind and hoped Oscar would whoop his ass
