Welterweight Division today in trouble

Cory spinks the welterweight champion, man i never thought that i would see that. But he gets some props from me as well. He is the type of boxer that boxes the specatators to sleep. He is going to be fighting Zab Judah and I hope that Judah wins. Either way i think that if Forest comes back sometime soon that he will be either one of these guys. And what about Antonio Margarito? has these guys ducked him or something because i didn't even of the fight being lined up between him Judah or spinks. And yes Spinks is a Jinx, a jinx of having boring fights all the time, we need a more exciting fighter in the Welterweight division!!!

Forrest has said in interviews he'll never fight at 147; he can't make that weight anymore. He will fight at 154.
Margarito lost his last fight so he won't be fighting for a title for a little bit.

I don't think that Oscar would have much of a problem going down to the Welterweight division, he looked so small as a middleweight, but man i give him credit he is a big welterweight and he will whoop Spinks butt when he gets down there!

I agree, the division is in heavyweight-like trouble...
Quick question, with De La Hoya moving back down, does anyone think Gatti will move up yet again, for redemption?

If Gatti does move up i think that it will be a mistake for him to fight De La Hoya again.

But you gotta admit, that will be another BIG payday for both fighters, and the way things look nowadays...fighters just care about the money..

I think there will be more money in a Oscar vs Kostya fight than A DLH vs Gatti 2

The division is in trouble, but only temporary. It will probally be the best soon with Spinks, Judah, Cintron, Margarito, Mitchell, Oscar, Shane, Zoo, Floyd, and Cotto
