Although I respect him as a Boxer and not as a fighter, thats a good way to think on it all.
Miguel Cotto talks about haters.

"All you have to do is ask them; go ahead, ask the critics. What have you achieved? I mean, you know so much about boxing right? What success do you have to back up what you have to say about me? What are you, what is your future, why haven't you achieved it? When they answer, that will tell you who they really are" ~Miguel CottoComment

I know people that know Floyd, whats your point? We should take third party accounts into consideration as how someone really is? GTFO please.Comment

Everyone who achieves anything will be hated by the small minded for their success. Cotto is true warrior, but sadly he's just not the greatest boxer in a time of great boxers.
He's the Tommy Hearns of our time, he will most likely lose against the best of the best, but he'll always have the heart to step in there with them regardless of his chances.
Sadly it wont take long for the ts to turn this thread into a pr/mexico hatefest.Comment

Thats such a cop out. I hate when people use that *****. Just because we criticise boxers, we're not saying we're better at boxing than them. We're just assessing them relevant to the standards we expect from top boxers.Last edited by Dirk Diggler UK; 03-18-2011, 05:12 PM.Comment

I'm glad Cotto addressed his haters with a little ana on his chest. But be honest, If Floyd spoke those exact same words you would be callin him an arrogant prick thats picking on boxing fans. The sooner we realize there's a double standard with Mayweather and other fighters the hate will cease.
