Will Canelo finally start getting credit from some of you when he knocks out this Brit hype job?

dont know if rhodes is any good, but thats not the point, the point is canelo has to fight him and im glad he's going to,it's the right thing to do,i didn't think it was right that they (rhodes and the rest ranked fighters) had to go through a tournament to decide who faces canelo, that shouldn't happen,it needs to be fair and if rhodes is ranked high, whether he deserves it or not,he's ranked and should be given the chance, after rhodes maybe angulo or martirosyan should be next,i doubt they'll face angulo, maybe vanes

            Rhodes who?

He may be a step up from a faded Baldomir....but still a SPOON FED Canelo. Angulo should the next in line. WBC and GBP would be ****** to make Canelo fight Angulo, being a HIGH RISK for future cash cow.

You guys don't know what you're talking about. Rhodes is a good fighter. This fight is a dangerous fight for Alvarez, which is I why I find it hard to believe they are considering it. I though Sulaiman was going to create a tournament to determine Canelo's mandatory so he could buy him some more time to fight mismatched opponents. What happened to that idea?

                Hype gone but,

it left a seasoned pro with a good record who has speed and power to do damage, a good fight all round for both fighters.
a win for alvarez is a must but, ryan under no pressure at all.
im hoping for a ryan rhodes roll back and a ko in his favour.
                good luck ryan.

                    ****in hell man

Rhodes is a much bigger threat than Hatton, bigger being the key word. He isn't a blown up WW with no power.
