If Martinez can weigh 150lbs or less Pacquiao will fight him. Pacquiao alreadt reach his limit. FYI Pacquiao is small at Welterweight division. The Last time Pacquiao fought he only weigh 144lbs!

Clottey - Punching bag.
Margarito - Flat footed, slow, and easy to hit.

Pacquiao has been very properly matched, which is why I'd give him respect if he fought Martinez, but at the sametime I wouldn't be surprised if Pacquiao beat him. Martinez isn't as technical as people think. He gets hit fairly easily.
