martinez is a fast incredibly gifted athlete with one punch ko power manny would literally crazy to fight him he's a natural 140 lb fighter at the most i don't even consider him a true welterweight

look at who manny has beaten at welter and look who martinez has beaten at 154 and 160 there's no comparison

martinez beat williams twice if you ask me but the second win really left no doubt as to who the superior fighter was

he beat pavlik for the belts despite being the smaller man and completely dominated and devastated an unbeaten fighter in dzinziruk

manny has beaten cotto who looked terrible against mayorga clottey who never wins a big fight and then fights margacheto at a catchweight for a belt who did nothing to earn his shot at pacquiao

meanwhile no mayweather fight gets made he won't even fight marquez unless the odds are ridiculously stacked in his favor (yes im aware mayweather did aswell) he won't fight Berto who probably poses the biggest threat at 147 out of the fighters out there that are active

and martinez is fighting people being dictated to by HBO suits and still beating the **** out of everybody the dude is an absolute legend

i think he's too much for manny just my opinion

you better watch what you say. Remember- bullets travel faster than your best words typed per minute record.

And pac was clearly scouting sergio in that video and wasn't all that impressed. Marquez is next but if pac takes on sergio after, look for maravilla to go from p4p best in the sport to an overrated shot old bum who is just margarito's leftovers to the 'martinez mafia'

If Manny actually fights Sergio at 154lbs, I'd have nothing but respect for the man. But we all know Arum will keep feeding him punching bags to keep the flowing into his pockets.

The sad thing is, if people didn't say that they would still say Pacquiao is a PED monster that is avoiding Mayweather.

Martinez is just as sloppy and unorthodox as Pac. But that's what makes them special, They throw punches the unconcentional way. You don't teach what they do because you'll get hurt.

The awkwardness of Pacquiao style makes anticipation so hard for opponents. That what makes his style so effective. Between good form and effectiveness... I will go for the latter anytime

Pac really needs to prepare for this fight with Sergio. I believe this is more exciting than the one against a pu##y, which will never happen, in my humble opinion.

Sergio should be Pac's last fight.

Getting tired of people(except for Chups) saying this about a grown up congressman who is the current boxing cash cow. Every thing gets scanned through Pacquiao and thats the way it is for most boxers who are worth something. If Paquiao wants or does not want a fight hes going to get it his way. Does Arum sit down to talk with him and share his part of the brainstorm? absolutely yea
