That fight was more of him adapting to a style in order to neutralize Urango's strengths(Which to me showed that he is learning to adapt in the ring, which is a plus if you ask he). Berto strings punches together very well bruh.
It's not really how Berto lands punches...he's not hard to figure out...He paws a jab and holds his right hand up to block a punch or counter if he needs to...He leaves himself wide and open. He can't bounce on his feet or make himself a flat target. Ortiz has better foot and hand cordination and he does paw his jab like Berto does. The difference is that when Ortiz chooses to land his right Jab it's actually hard and explosive. That's his key in for the combination. Berto leaves his jab hanging and will land a decent jab, but not one that is significant. Then he lands a fast right upper cut or a fast right hand. In the process of throwing combinations Berto gets too wreckless as we saw him do against Collazo. Ortiz hardly misses a punch and manages to land perfectly. He will move better than Berto. This is why I'm choosing Ortiz to KO Berto by probably the 4th round...Those that actually have sparred and done this know that it skillfully Berto is ****...He should have done Kickboxing if he's gonna keep that stance...

That's just another made up Victor Ortiz excuse. Just like when he said that his hand was broken in the Marcos Maidana fight. In other words, it is not true. VIctor Ortiz is the one who came in overweight on the scales against Lamont Peterson and still got a gift draw.

Yes. At times he does leave himself open, but his speed counters that. Not to mention he has improved a little in this area. Berto uses his jab just like a young Shane Mosley did. It'll catch up with him if he doest learn to use it better, but I dont think Ortiz is gonna expose that as he suffers from the same problem.

Berto also has a pretty good left hook. He likes to hook off the jab, this will be a problem for Ortiz. Ortiz has a good right hook, and likes to uppercut off it. But he leans in far too much. Oh and dont forget Maidana is very wreckless, and doesnt have the speed to make up for it and did just fine with Ortiz. Berto is also the better in-fighter. I believe that will play a pretty big part as well.

The last bolded. IDK what you are implying. I Boxed briefly as a kid. I promise I've learned a helluva lot more since the age of 11 my man.

The major thing about this fight is HEART, TBH. I think Andre will have more heart. Speed, Power, and Heart is whats gonna win this fight
