Everyone knows he gives the best advice, that video is proof and watch what he said to SSM, that was **** on right but SSM couldn't execute because of age. Get you into shape. Look at Bhop still going strong, looks inshape. SSM still looks inshape physically but hes past it and needs to hang them up soon.

****m is highly overrated. He hasn't made anybody a star, and his training methods are questionable. It looks like he was training with swimming floats with Mosley.
