Just pointing out the fact that if Nonito thinks he's worth $1 mil per fight, he's in for a rude awakening (unless he signed with Al Haymon as part of the GBP deal ). Only way you can justify that is if he moved up to fight marquee names in big fights that would be worth that investment. As it stands, Mares and Moreno won't draw much and the only fights that would involving Nonito would be him moving up to take on the Vazquezes, Gamboas, JuanMas, etc

But like I said, best of luck to Nonito.

lol...guess the top promotion race is now in overdrive. gb and top rank are playing chess. if stealing mosely and possibly jmm was check in favor of top rank, this is pretty damn near checkmate as far as gb is concerned. goes to show that a lot of ppl on this site were severely underestimating gbp.

No, I just dislike Donaire even before he signed with Top Rank. Check my post history as I have made several remarks as to why I don't care for him as a fighter or a person. Dude is snake and I'm glad he's with GBP.

boxing fans doesn't have much interest which promotions a fighter joins but the quality of fights a fighter gets...

for nonito, we'll just hope gbp will give him the fight the fans want...

Didn't expect this, but it's good for now. Golden Boy will give him their fighters, but I'm not sure how they'll build him up in the long run. It's a multi-year deal so I hope they treat him well.

You know people think im just hating on Donaire but even when he first signed with TR I've let it be know that I dislike this guy. Dude is shady and it doesn't take a genius to see it.

He has beef with Shaw, and that's eye opening because Gary isn't known for slamming guys. Also the way he threw his family under the bus was disgusting and I even think he made a comment about his brother being jealous of his success.

I'm actually hope this is true because as I've stated numerous times, Donaire isn't interested in being great. Dude is gonna fight a bunch of bums, but atleast he can't blame it on Arum, like he tried to with Shaw and others. It's damn near comical that his career is lackluster but it's everyones fault but his. Crazy how many people he has burned/fvkk over...so GBP can have that clown.
