It is a double standard, I say this as a Sergio fan that I wouldn't give him much credit for beating Pac at any weight and won't knock Pac if he doesn't want to fight him.

Sergio had a 154 world title until the Pavlik fight. He moved up to 160 for the Paul Williams fight. Pacquiao would not be "moving up" to fight an Junior Middleweight considering his last fight was at Junior Middleweight.
Saying that, I respect Pacquiao and Floyd not fighting Sergio because they are both at their best at 147 and have decided to stay in the division.
Cotto, and Chavez jr however are punks for continuing to fight at 154 and 160 and make money yet avoid the best fighter at 154-160.
Everyone fighter with something to lose is scared of Sergio.

Hell, if he wins he can meet Froch at 168 cause he can definitely make that weight. Maybe you're not aware, but Pac's fight night weight against Marg was 148. At the weigh-in the day before he was 144.6, below the Welter limit and this was for a 150 fight. He said he's not fighting Jr Middle again and vacated the title for a reason.

Try to convince urselves of this fact, this is a winnable fight for Pac. Especially at 154 (or lighter)
