Second everytime Williams has been beat it has been short shots down the middle which Cotto is capable of and is a better boxer than Quintana. I give all the advantage to Williams but it IMO it would be more competative than you give it credit.

I give everybody respect for their opinion but you can't give respect for other ppl opinion. On top of that since you so forceful with your opinion tell me technically how you see the fight going since you know so much. Hell you might have always picked the winner of every fight you seen or saw comming

He didnt beat Zab fighting him as a SP.

He beat him with timing and relentless pressure.

I see Cotto trying to box, and doing decent at it. I see Paul Williams fighting the way he always does, flicking out the jab and moving in to through combinations. I see that pressure cracking Cotto and forcing him into a brawl trying to fend off the nonstop pressure Williams always brings. I see Cotto cracking under that pressure like he did with Margarito and Pacquiao. I see Cotto's defense letting a ton of shots through that mess his easily marked face up. And I see Cotto ending up eating too much leather and getting stopped late in the fight.

Cotto has never shown anything to suggest he can outbox Paul Williams. People already forgot that Paul Williams did pretty well against a far better boxer than Quintana, a guy named Sergio Martinez. Martinez is a far better than Cotto, and hits way harder. I would love to hear how Cotto wins this fight, or even makes it competitive past the fourth or fifth round.

I'd have plenty of respect for you guys' opinions if you weren't bringing up Carlos Quintana as a reason Cotto does well against or beats Paul Williams. The Prince posted on the first page why Cotto would beat Williams, and it had nothing to do Carlos Quintana, so I have no problem with that opinion.
