Marg is in no position now to be getting a shot at the legit MW champ, that is his fault for losing not Sergio's. He needs a significant win first before that fight is realistic.

Martinez is the middleweight champion. Margarito hasn't won a significant fight in three years and has never beaten anybody significant at 154. He's been unimpressive in every fight he's had at 154. A Margarito fight would do nothing for Martinez at this point in his career. Both are much different fighters now.
