Berto can't even find a top 30 WW so he faces hernandez and now he can't find a WW at all so he goes down to 140 to find a fighter because nobody wants to fight him?

After the earthquake situation, Mosley went to Mayweather, then Mora, then Pacquiao. He never called out Berto again, and Cintron? Comon man. Cintron? Seriously? Last time I checked he was practicing WWE moves in some camp, jumping off the top rope doing superfly shit. Froggy's biggest "win" is Angulo. Andre Berto shouldn't even be on the list, he's calling out every from not on P4P to the top 2 P4P, which some may say is Floyd and Manny.

It's not Berto's fault that everyone is ducking him, I feel that there is no one in his weight class that wants to fight him, they act like it's because of money, but anyone getting a victory over Andre would see there career skyrocket.

Example 1 :

If Manny was to beat Berto, he could clearly, 100% without a doubt state that Mayweather has to cater to his demands, he would have beaten a young, inprime undefeated fighter.

Example 2 :

If Cotto beats Berto, Cotto could clearly make the argument that he is NOT shot, and he is still a serious contendor, but no, he's ducked Berto.

Example 3

If Mayweather beats Berto, he could clearly say that he beat a better opponent than more prime, fit, opponent that Pacquiaos last 3 fights, and therefore he could have the negotiation power.

Pac and Mayweather have NO CHOICE but to fight Berto if they don't fight eachother, they can't say it won't make money because thats what a PPV attraction does, he sells fights that are not favorable, just like Manny did with Clottey and just like Mayweather did with Marquez.

Who is his Mandatory again? Besides, it wouldn't make a difference. Prospects like Kell Brook, and Mike Jones are gonna run into this similar problem where they want to fight the big names, but no one wants to fight them. Might aswell put Berto vs. Brook, and Khan vs. TBA in the UK on a HBO double header or something because Berto is not a draw, and him versus someone no one knows will not get people interested in watching.

"HE HIT ME WITH HEADBUTTS" that's all I remember from him in the Martinez fight where he was gifted a draw. He wouldn't be the favorite and you know it. Hell I think Quintana who's biggest wins are over Paul Williams and overrated Joel Julio is a bigger win than Kermit. I have nothing against the guy, but he's coming off an embarrassing show against Williams and he hasn't even redeemed himself yet.

Mike Jones. It's too late for Mosley, and after he loses to Pacquiao if Berto takes the fight people will criticize him for fighting Mosley on a 3 fight losing streak.
