It depends, if the designated (contractual) weight class was middleweight 160lbs, then it's impressive. If it's some catchweight that slightly favors Pac then no.

Take it from someone who's fast becoming the #1 ******* out there...

"I will go on the record and say this though, if Pacquiao was to go up and beat Sergio Martinez, no disrespect to Ray Robinson or any of those guys, but he will be, in my opinion, the baddest mother****er to ever put on a pair of gloves."

The haters better hope Manny doesn't take on Mr. I keep my hands at my sides and gas in the mid rounds. The whispers of Pac being the GOAT would turn into shouts.

No catchweight that would 'favor' Pac is possible unless the fight is at 147. Martinez will come into the ring at 170+ compared to 148 for Manny (and probably 145 at the weigh-in), but somehow that 'favors' Manny?

The **** are you talking about?

no. mayweather is a better boxer than martinez. mayweather would beat martinez. therefore pac beating mayweather > pac beating martinez. I think both pac and may would beat martinez.

Its simple. Fighters have been given the opportunity to fight pac at whatever weight he dictates contractually. You can laugh all you want, but to your point Pac will be comfortable at 147 and 145; clearly the larger Martinez will not be comfortable at that weight. So logically, it will indeed favor Pac.

My stance on the matter is Martinez can fight someone else. In my opinion, he has a bette

If Pacman beat Martinez at 154,that is easily miles above beating Floyd.Floyd is inactive & has personal issues, there are too much excuses for him should he loose.Martinez has none,he's looked spectacular in his last few fights.
