Could be. I think the timing may be just a bit off because Williams returns in April if I'm not mistaken. I don't know if he'd want to fight in July against Martinez.

I don't know if martinez plans on campaigning at both 160 and 154 or just 160, but Cintron is currently #1 at 154 according to The Ring.

Not only that but HBO loves him cause he keeps getting fights on there so it would be a easy fight to make.

If Martinez ever moves to 168, it would have to be next year. All the 168 pounders are busy with the tourney and Lucian Bute has a 3 fight showtime contract. Nobody is available at the moment so any talk of 168 right now is ******.
