When you hit as hard as Pac all that pressure on the chest takes a lot of abuse.. . Hitting the heavy bag, pads, all that arm movement. The pecs get worked and you do get twinges of pain, where you think it is the heart but really the muscles/

LOL..........Heart pains feel very different from pectoral muscle pain I think anyone could differentiate between there chest muscles hurting and there heart.

But if you never had heart problems, you wouldn't be able to tell what it feels like, obviously heart attack symptoms are a whole different matter.

I heard that Manny has serious stomach problems, he has ulcers if I remember correctly.

Ulcers and serious acid reflux is very often mistaken for chest pains and heart problems all the time. I have a friend who suffers from ulcers and he said that he thought he was having chest pains when in fact it was acid problems.


Maybe that's what Manny was feeling.
