When you hit as hard as Pac all that pressure on the chest takes a lot of abuse.. . Hitting the heavy bag, pads, all that arm movement. The pecs get worked and you do get twinges of pain, where you think it is the heart but really the muscles/

Every training camp he has either physical problems or problems with the people in his camp. Hopefully it's not any serious problem, but I'm used to the "problems" Pacquiao has during training.
