I'm sorry but Margarito broke Cotto

I'm sorry but Mayorga doesn't get enough credit for being the tough son of a b*tch that he is. You forget that Mayorga gave Mosley problems.
He may not be one of the best, but he can give you problems with his crazy awkward style and can take you on a run for your money..

I thought Cotto was very patient in there, he used his jab just the way he should have, he moved well, all in all a solid performance, he atleast didn't appear to be a "ruined" fighter (and I don't believe that he is).

If Margarito can take Cotto's punches, and cut the ring off I suspect the same outcome. Margarito has very fine stamina, he can keep going at you the entire night. If Cotto can't hurt him, then he should stay patient, box and move through, what will become, 12 exhausting rounds.

I'm not saying wether or not he had plaster cuz I don't know, but I know that he did break Cotto.

Before margarito, Cotto fought like a lion, he fought like he believed in himself, like he was the best, and until margarito, nobody had been able to prove him wrong.

Sure he might still be trying, but he's just driven by what he used to be- maybe when he sees a lesser fighter or easier fight, he'll go "o.k I still got this"

but when you turn up the pressure(like pacquiao did- and Mayorga couldn't do), he'll start to remember, and that's when he starts buckling. There's nothing I saw last night or against foreman(who is actually not as good as I thought) that proves to me he's the same fighter he was before margarito broke him.

why so many threads on cotto margarito?you mexicans have nothing else in your life except the fact that margarito's bum ass beat cotto,i hope for the sake of you mexicans that margo wins the rematch so that you still have something to live for.as for the topic it's hard not to notice a difference in cotto since the margarito fight but there is 1 part of the equation that you mexicans try to dismiss as much as possible but will forever linger in any boxing fans mind that is not a margo fan or a rican hater which is one in the same is that margo did get caught with illegal wraps in his following fight
