Why hasn't Yuri Foreman been criticized for quitting on his stool?

Remember all the flax Victor Ortiz received after he quit because of a bad cut in his fight with Maidana?

And people were critical of Devon Alexander for quitting against Bradley.

Both those fighters were visibly marked and had serious cuts.

Yuri Foreman was being hit, but he wasn't cut or injured...

Why hasn't he been criticized for quitting on his stool?

Good question. I think Cotto's horrible performance took people's mind off of it. I saw a few people trash him though.

I think people were more focused on wolak being a beast than yuri being a quitter- who's probably gonna become a full time rabbi now anyway.

Did he quit? I thought his corner stopped it.

Probably because nobody really gives a crap about Yuri Foreman, sadly. People who receive hate are usually more "important" or relevant fighters.

It's not just that he got totally beaten like a rag-doll by the Polish fighter, and was forced to retire on his stool, but the Lion of Zion was a sore loser during the post-fight interview, making excuses and he gave Wolak zero-credit for raping him. It shows what a true pathetic loser he is.

De La Hoya got beaten just as worse and he got bashed for months - this bum deserves more heat.
