Martinez' biggest tests lie at 168 in the form of Lucian Bute, Andre Ward, Andre Dirrell, and Carl Froch. I believe each of these fights would be FOTY stuff, save for Dirrell

No one at '54 can beat Martinez, though I'd like to see him end Cotto and Margarito's careers. Neither Mayweather nor Pacquiao will fight him at '54 either.
Strum doesn't pose much of a threat, he's hardly any different than Dzinziruk, Martinez would box circles around him. Now Pirog, he beats Martinez in my opinion, he's very good defensively, can go to the body well, moves his head/ upperbody, good counter puncher, he's the guy to beat Martinez at 160.

Mayweather would beat him also, Floyd would close the gap quick, go in through a high guard and attack the body, it'll be tough though, but he'll pull it off in my opinion.

As for 168, I don't even want to think of that. Martinez is a small MW, 168 is pushing it. He'd beat a few guys there but thats still not worth the move up.

? No mention of Golovkin or N'Jikam who along with Pirog are the toughest MW fights for Martinez.

You'd probably have to look at 160 or 168 to find someone who can test him. Although Pavlik did the best job in my opinion. I actually believe he was on his way to winning his fight against Sergio if not stopping him if it weren't for that terrible cut. Pavlik actually scored a legit KD on Sergio as opposed to Williams.
