But you're not questioning quality but power and ability to hurt guys right, unless I read your original post wrong?

Fact is, he clearly has the power to hurt guys at the weight and it wasn't just the KOs either. Foreman was getting rocked by Cotto jabs, same with Ricardo he was clearly hurt by Cotto's punches throughout the night, not just the last hook and jab that forced him to quit on his feet.

The second guy got his head knocked off so badly he faked an injury:

      But yeah, no power whatsoever.

      Stop it.

He has the power to EARN their respect but at 147 Cotto could make a big come back especially after fighting taller bigger guys...he can fight senchenko, zaveck, Mike Jones, Berto, Ortiz, Mosley again, Mathew Hatton, and Koltelnik... list goes on...he could be an elite again...I like cotto at 147...

So I imagined him hitting a much bigger Mayorga so hard with a left hook that he took a knee and then begged the ref to save him?
exactly, these dudes are ******s, mayorga was in the 170's for ****s sake and cotto ko'd him. its not that cotto doesn't have power at 154, its the weight advantage most guys are gonna have against him at that weight.

But Mayorga weighed so much last night.

Odds are that he was a LHW when he walked into the ring.

If Ortiz can beat Berto. Big If.

I would kill to see Cotto-Ortiz at 147.
well He is with Gbp so that won't happen

If Ortiz beats berto, expect a berto like reign or another title shot for canelo to make him a 2 division champ

He has the power to EARN KO victories on his record. Why the hell would he waste time fighting Senchenko, Zaveck, and 140-lbers? Matthew Hatton... really? That one's being warmed up for Berto

I'd say this thread has been a colossal failure on your part and it's best to let it die and just move on.
