The IBF is pretty awful also, that is definitely a "who is the smartest kid on the short bus" kind of questionWBC gives preferential treatment to Mexicans. WBA has 3 champions per division. WBO loves German cowards who defend against cans. IBF is the most legitimate out of the sanctioning organizations, and what a surprise, it's an American sanctioning organization.

Oh and to answer my own question Ortiz was #8 at 140 before which makes it even more laughable but that ranking list is the most laughable thing of all.
It makes me remember why I only loosely follow those rankings (to know who is angling for what belt).Comment
